Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design solutions that are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
- Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows and design solutions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
- Stay updated with the latest trends in design tools, technologies, and UX/UI best practices

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
